Grief is meant to be witnessed as the person moves through this emotional journey. It is healing to be in the presence of someone who lets you authentically express your grief. The purpose of these sessions is to let you express your emotions/feelings, and thoughts as they are showing up in the moment. Grief comes in many forms from the death of a loved one, loss of a job, relationship, health, and more. This journey of grief is uncharted territory.  I will utilize my personal and professional experiences to compassionately support and help you during the grieving process, knowing from my own personal experiences that although we may have some similar feelings and experiences your journey is quite unique. A person’s grief is as unique as fingerprints.  Your journey will be honored the way you feel like traveling it.


Grief Support is conducted over the phone or online via zoom.
